The Rolex Submariner Date 16613 pairs Oystersteel with 18 ct yellow gold in a 40mm Oyster case, a combination Rolex calls Yellow Rolesor. This example has a Serti dial, the name used for Submariner dials set with gemstone hour markers.

The 16613 was produced from the late 1980s until the late 2000s, when it was replaced by the ceramic-bezel 116613. It uses Rolex calibre 3135, a self-winding movement with date, and is water resistant to 300 metres with a unidirectional rotating bezel.
