The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 116508 is the 40mm 18 ct yellow gold Daytona on a matching Oyster bracelet. This example has the green dial that collectors call the John Mayer, after the musician who popularised it.

It uses calibre 4130, Rolex’s in-house self-winding chronograph with a power reserve of around 72 hours. The 116508 was replaced by the 126508 in 2023.
