The Patek Philippe Aquanaut Chronograph 5968A-001 is the flyback chronograph Aquanaut in a 42.2mm stainless steel case, with a black dial.

The Aquanaut was introduced in 1997 with a rounded octagonal case, an embossed dial pattern and a composite strap, giving Patek Philippe a more casual sports watch alongside the Nautilus.

It uses calibre CH 28-520 C, a self-winding flyback chronograph with column wheel and vertical clutch, so the central chronograph hand can also run as a seconds hand.
