The Patek Philippe 5961R is an annual calendar flyback chronograph in 18k rose gold with a diamond-set bezel. This example is a Tiffany & Co. piece, retailed through Patek Philippe’s long-standing partner.

It uses the self-winding calibre CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H, with power reserve and day and night indicators. The 5961 was introduced in 2011, and its annual calendar needs correcting only once a year, at the end of February.
