The Patek Philippe 5160/500 is a Grand Complications perpetual calendar with a retrograde date hand, housed in a 38mm Officer’s-style case with a hinged cover over the sapphire case back. The case, lugs, crown, cover and clasp are hand-engraved with scrolls and foliage inspired by a pocket watch in the Patek Philippe Museum.

The day, month and leap year appear in apertures, with a moon phase display. The 5160 was launched in 2010 as successor to the 5159.
