The Cartier Santos de Cartier Skeleton WHSA0015 is the large model in stainless steel, introduced in 2018. Its skeletonised bridges form the Roman numerals, with blued-steel sword hands and a sapphire case back.

The Santos de Cartier traces back to 1904, when Louis Cartier designed a wristwatch for the Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont so he could read the time while flying. Its square case and exposed screws remain the model’s signature.

It uses Cartier’s manual-winding calibre 9611 MC with a power reserve of around 72 hours, and is water resistant to 100 metres.
