The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Double Balance Wheel Openworked 15407ST has a 41mm stainless steel case. This example had a salmon-toned openworked dial.

The Royal Oak was designed by Gérald Genta and launched in 1972 as a luxury sports watch in steel, with an octagonal bezel held by eight hexagonal screws and an integrated bracelet.

It uses calibre 3132, a skeletonised self-winding movement with a double balance wheel, two balance wheels on one axis for better stability and precision.
