The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Double Balance Wheel Openworked 15416CE is made in black ceramic, case and bracelet, in 41mm, with an openworked dial that shows the movement.

The Royal Oak was designed by Gérald Genta and launched in 1972 as a luxury sports watch in steel, with an octagonal bezel held by eight hexagonal screws and an integrated bracelet.

It uses calibre 3132, a skeletonised self-winding movement with a double balance wheel, two balance wheels on one axis for better stability and precision.
